Really good Boutique Experience!
comfortable beds complimentary snacks
The family room was impressively large! It had very comfortable beds and included complimentary snacks. The lounge offered coffee, wine, and soft drinks all day! The staff was also nice and helpful. They even allowed us a late checkout until 8 p.m.
The breakfast had a limited selection of food! I expected a wider variety considering the other great aspects of the stay. More options would definitely enhance the morning experience.

The breakfast offered fresh food including various types of eggs such as omelette, scrambled and boiled options. the selection beyond eggs was somewhat limited! I liked the cozy atmosphere of the Honest Bar where breakfast was served.

The room was clean and perfectly functional! The beds were very comfortable ensuring a restful night! The hotel interior design created a very excellent and inviting atmosphere, giving a wonderful first impression.

tram stop convenient location friendly staff excellent breakfast small room size unclean glasses reduced space
The location was very convenient to a tram stop near the concert hall. A short five-minute walk. The staff were very friendly. They recommended some excellent places to eat away from the main tourist areas. Breakfast was delicious.
The room size was smaller than expected. It seemed like the staircase area reduced the living space. I noticed some glasses in the room were not properly cleaned. I wasn't too happy with that.

A Fine Stay with Minor Issues
spacious room great shower comfortable bed lacking service no luggage assistance staff behavior
My room featured a well-appointed and spacious layout. I found the shower to be great and enjoyed the very comfortable king-size bed. The location suited my travel plans well.
I noticed that the hotel service had some shortcomings given the cost. There was no help offered with luggage upon arrival at the entry steps. I found a staff member cutting in front of me at the espresso machine in the lounge, which surprised me.
